We are able to advise on all aspects of Company Law, including the formation and management of Companies, and are happy to act as Company secretaries if desired.
We are also able to advise on the formation, administration and termination of partnerships (after all, we’ve been one for 90 years) and the ‘new breed’ of Limited Liability Partnerships.
We don’t pretend to be a major player in commercial law (although we have extensive involvement with commercial leases) – and we don’t charge major players’ prices either – but we have advised and supported hundreds of smaller businesses over the years (and like any good doctor we know when you need specialist advice – and where to go for it).
