Welcome to Esslemont Cameron Gauld Online.
Founded in April 2003 when the legal practices of Esslemont & Cameron and Philip Gauld & Co merged, Esslemont Cameron Gauld focuses on private client work – helping people with real issues.
Our special areas of expertise are Property (particularly estate agency, domestic and commercial conveyancing and leasing), Wills, Trusts and Executries, Tax and Financial Planning (we are regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the provision of independent financial advice) and Family Law (the myriad of problems which sadly accompany difficulties in marital and and other inter-personal relationships; the particular problems of care for the elderly).
We also practise in Commercial Law, particularly for smaller businesses.
